Our subsidiary BAUER Jordan represents BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in Jordan and is looking for a HR & Administrative Generalist (m/f/x) to support HR operations as well as general administrative functions for our Jordan office and project sites throughout the country.

Your tasks:

  • Manage end to end HR operations including payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, contracts, policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax, social security, work permits, visas, and government regulations
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, reports, personnel files, and internal communications
  • Coordinate visa processing, travel, relocation, and expatriate employee support
  • Manage general office administration and liaise with authorities, service providers, and stakeholders
  • Visit project sites as and when required to provide HR and administrative support 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and administration
  • Experience in payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave management, and HR records
  • Knowledge of Jordan labor laws, social security, tax requirements, HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in HRMS & Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills are mandatory
