Your tasks:
- Maintain SAP material master data and extend engineering BOMs to plant views for component-level assemblies
- Provide clerical and administrative support for sales administration and logistics, including spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports
- Process freight billing in SAP and coordinate shipments, trucking quotes, pickups, deliveries, and timelines
- Review international shipping documents, create proformas for customs clearance, and code vendor invoices for payment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, filing systems, and billing-related tracking activities
- Manage domestic freight claims, perform rate analysis, and support internal freight requests and general logistics tasks
Your profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 2 years of training and/or experience as Logistics Assistant or similar position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
