Your tasks:
- Kaufmännische Steuerung und Koordination internationaler Großprojekte während der Angebots-, Ausschreibungs- und Ausführungsphase
- Überwachung von Kosten, Budgets, Cashflow und Risiken zur Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolgs
- Analyse von Projektkosten, Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Kaufmännische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften und Projektteams
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Forecasts, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
Your profile:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, International Business, Finanzmanagement, des Bauingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Bauindustrie
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Projekt-, Kalkulations- und Vertragsmanagement sowie kommerziellen Risiken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP; Erfahrung mit Budgetierungssoftware ist wünschenswert
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und weltweite Reisebereitschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Projektteams und Tochtergesellschaften
